They were on time, professional and very thorough. Our chimney was very much in need of a cleaning and I am very pleased by the results. I would recommend them to anyone needing a chimney cleaned. They even went on the roof to check out our chimney.

Katie Neuens and her crew did a fine job of getting our fireplace in workable order. It took some doing as we had neglected to have the chimney cleaned for too long and much effort was needed to remove the old flue and install a new liner. We are very grateful for her expertise , patience and skill in dealing with our major problem in a timely and professional manner.
